Boone County Smart Growth Coalition
The Boone County Smart Growth Coalition is currently acceptin new members for anyone who is interested. They meet on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 at the Commission Cambers of the Boone County Government Center at East Ash and North 9th.
The are currently dissolving their old umbrella organization because it was too difficult to get a timely vote from fourteen groups to a common position. They are transforming to a group of individuals so they can react to event in a more timely manner. This is a good time to join and influence smart growth in Boone County.
