What wildlife have you seen in your yard lately?
Probably the coolest wildlife sighting we've seen in our backyard was the Barred Owl just out our back window. A couple years ago a snapping turtle laid eggs in our front yard. We have also seen deer (of course), red fox, raccoons (sometimes whole families of 'em at once), opossums, fox squirrels, gray squirrels, box turtles, garter snakes, a racer, great horned owls, woodpeckers (pileated, red-bellied, flickers, hairy, downy, yellow-bellied sapsuckers), bluebirds, a rose-breasted grosbeak, cedar waxwings, goldfinches, house finches, purple finches, hummingbirds and other songbirds.

I like the Fox's best myself. My wife is trying hard to feed the woodpeckers and other birds, but the army of Squirrels has us down to one "truly Squirrel proof" feeder.
