East Campus Neighborhood Association Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the East Campus Neighborhood Association will be held April 30, Thursday at 7:00 at Stamper Commons on the Stephens College Campus. We will begin with our annual election of officers. Betty Wilson has agreed to head the nominating committee. Then we will have reports from committees including some special projects that various ECNA members have been working on this year. Agenda items will include (1) ECNA newsletter (2) Emergency Response issues, a joint project with ECNA and geography students; (3) Trash (4) Streetscape and Architectural Review, a project with students at the University. I will send out a detailed agenda with the reminder before the meeting. Please contact me if you want to add an agenda item.
It is also the time of year when we pay our dues for another year. Please come prepared to do so. (Individuals - $25.00, Couples $30.00
Please put this on your calendar and also tell all your friends and neighbors in the neighborhood. This is a time for all of us to get together and also learn about what is happening in the neighborhood.
