I like East Campus because:
we like old neighborhoods and old houses
About Me:
We actually live about a mile away, on Mizzou Place, but we own 1507 Rosemary, 522 S. William, and 706 Lee. We try really hard to rent to nice, responsible tenants and weed out LOTS of applicants, but if our tenants ever misbehave or leave a mess, feel free to tattle on them! We'll deal with it right away. Also, if there's something about one of the yards that bothers you, please let us know! We drive by frequently, but not every day.
