Meeting with Acting Police Chief, Tom Dresner, Sixth Ward Councilwoman, Barbara Hoppe, and ECNA Officers, Bonnie Bourne and Janet Hammen

Bonnie Bourne, Pres. of ECNA and Janet Hammen, V. Pres. of ECNA met with the Chief of Police and our Sixth Ward Councilwoman to discuss the issues unique to our neighborhood. We discussed the following issues (1) Noise (2) Vandalism (3) Burglaries (4) Parking. Noise: The noise ordinance states that any noise that can be heard from 50 feet after 11:00 P.M. and before 9:00 A.M. is a violation.
